Review:
Keep loving Black Girl
This book is enjoyable from start to finish; from the living and loving to the hurting and healing. Each story is on the same level of greatness which makes it difficult to pinpoint a favorite scene.
Black Girl Love is refreshing, enduring, rough when it needs to be, and gentle all in the same. There is no character that can standout because each are written with the same amount of beauty and flaws. Most are faceless and nameless, leaving the imagination to run in whatever direction it pleases. These black girls can be anyone. You and me.
Williams possesses a great skill being able to make you fall in love with characters that lack identity, other than having melanin in their skin. Each story is well-written, short, sweet, and to the point. We recommend every black girl read this book.
